    Responsibilities
    • Market research and business development:
      • Identify and target new business opportunities in various sectors.
      • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
      • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales pipeline and market share in line with Wallester's strategy.
      • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling and participation in industry events.
    • Sales and revenue growth:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
      • Engage with decision-makers and present customized solutions to meet their needs.
      • Develop customized sales proposals and close business to meet Wallester sales targets.
      • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure, for both Wallester White Label and Wallester Business solutions.
    • Customer relationship management:
      • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
      • Work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure their satisfaction.
      • Act as primary point of contact for business development activities.
    • Collaboration and teamwork:
      • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently.
      • Provide feedback to the product team to contribute to product improvement and market positioning.
      • Coordinate with marketing team to develop campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
      • Monitor Wallester's internal processes relating to sales activities.
    • Performance management and reporting:
      • Provide manager with regular updates on business development activities, forecasts and opportunities.
      • Use data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies to enhance company performance.
      • Keep the CRM up to date to track forecasts and sales activities.
      Requirements
      • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior sales role
      • Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams
      • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding team and individual revenue targets
      • Hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise or mid-market deals
      • Deep understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM best practices
      • Ability to support reps on negotiations, deal strategy, and closing key accounts
      • Experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales talent
      • Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
      • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and improve performance
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
      • English fluent + additional 1/2 languages
