JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and coordinate on an industry basis with UL's larger customers over all industries.
  • Create strategies with sales managers to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals.
  • Respond effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
  • Develop and coordinate executive presentations and de-briefings.
  • Assist industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.
  • May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in highest value corporate account management or
  • 8 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts.
  • Ability to sell at the highest level with a compelling value-add strategy approach.
  • Detailed understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets.


What we offer:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000. to $160,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
