About the role

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to manage key global distribution and platform relationships. The role will focus on B2B2C partnerships across CTV, SVOD, and FAST platforms, with major partners and a strong focus in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding partnerships, as well as driving monetization opportunities through strategic collaborations.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee strategic partnerships and distribution deals with media platforms;
  • Identify new business opportunities, analyzing their revenue potential;
  • Manage projects to launch our content in current (upsell, cross-sell) and new partner platforms;
  • Be the partnerships focal point, enabling end-to-end product and payment integration for CTV, FAST, and SVOD platforms;
  • Lead contract negotiations with key platform partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build revenue forecasts, track platform performance, and decide on marketing investments;

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

  • 3+ years of experience managing partnerships in the digital media, SVOD, CTV, or related industries.
  • Be result driven and having a sense of ownership and urgency
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams to ensure successful partner integrations;
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
  • Understanding of streaming/entertainment industry;
  • Knowledge in business modeling and forecasting;
  • Hybrid work: London HQ 3 times/week;
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. for 1 week every 2 months;

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of kids or gaming industries;
  • Network of content decision makers across the platforms;
  • Speaking Spanish.
