Based in Athens (Greece) or Budapest (Hungary), you will drive the growth of Emerson's Level Measurement Solutions business across the Central and Southeastern Europe (CSEE) region. You will develop trusted customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver innovative solutions that create value for customers while contributing to sustainable business growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive growth and market expansion for Emerson's Level Measurement Solutions portfolio across the CSEE region.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in collaboration with regional sales, product management, industry, and engineering teams.
  • Own and deliver regional business objectives, sales targets, and growth initiatives for Level Process and Level Tank Gauging solutions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams on customer engagements, strategic opportunities, and account development activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business goals and recommending value-driven solutions.
  • Lead application-focused opportunities and support the development of innovative measurement solutions for customer challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase market share and strengthen Emerson's competitive position.
  • Utilize CRM tools, strategic account planning, and solution-selling methodologies to maximize business performance and customer value.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and recommend actions to support growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate across functions to share knowledge, enhance customer outcomes, and support regional business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, ethical, trade compliance, and company requirements while conducting business with integrity.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience in business development, technical sales, account management, engineering, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of industrial markets and customer applications, with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • A consultative and value-based approach to selling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the CSEE region as required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM or business planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Educational background in engineering, technology, industrial automation, measurement, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in level measurement technologies, tank gauging, process instrumentation, or related industrial solutions.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Knowledge of the process industries and regional market dynamics within Central and Southeastern Europe.
  • Experience supporting competitor displacement initiatives and strategic market-share growth programs.
