We are looking for a talented and highly organised Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for forging effective relationships with brands, media, creative, digital and PR agencies across the UK.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building a high-performance and strategic business development plan, and offering the suite of indaHash solutions, including our managed agency service as well as our SaaS solution to clients and agencies in the FMCG, entertainment, travel, retail/ecommerce among other segments. 💼 We are looking for a BDM who has:

  • A deep understanding of the UK marketing industry and overall media industry

  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and showing growth

  • Existing client and media agency relationships that you think you’ll be able to bring to indaHash 

  • Ability to hit the road running and show an early impact on the business growth

  • Ability to nourish fruitful relationships and to set up meetings with decision-makers within a limited timeframe

  • Proven experience in developing influencer marketing strategies and experience in successfully attracting clients and the ability to negotiate to close business deals swiftly

  • Strong digital experience and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem (Social Media/Media/Advertising/Digital)

  • 2+ years experience in influencer marketing

  • Excellent organisational and presenting skills, with an emphasis on time management and exceeding goals

  • Possess a strong understanding of our products (SaaS and managed agency solution), our competition in the industry and our positioning

  • Keeping up-to-date with social media trends

  • Maintaining relationships with current clients

  • Implementing strategies for winning new clients

  • Developing a sales pipeline which converts to revenue and targets

  • Being a thought leader and strategist to your clients

  • Shaping together with your team the biggest influencer marketing platform in the UK

  • Planning approaches and pitches
