  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Teltonika's product portfolio, key features and competitive advantages to strengthen commercial positioning.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers using a consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Represent Teltonika Networks at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences and networking events across the UK & Ireland.
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and oversee opportunities through the sales process, from initial engagement through to close.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting through our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support, pre-sales and R&D to ensure customer requirements are understood and the appropriate solution is developed.

What we expect of you:

  • A performance-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B new business development and enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling technology-led products or solutions into businesses, with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong experience in prospecting, pipeline generation and new customer acquisition, with the resilience and determination to build relationships and create opportunities from the ground up.
  • An established network of contacts across one or more of our target sectors would be highly advantageous, particularly within Transport, Logistics & Fleet, Retail & Consumer Goods, Financial & Professional Services, or Hospitality & Leisure.
  • A consultative approach to doing business, with the ability to understand customer needs, identify pain points and demonstrate how Teltonika's solutions can address them.
  • Commercially ambitious, target-driven and motivated by winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong, professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
