As a Data Sales Business Development Manager at FE fundinfo, you will drive sales strategies, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with industry-leading teams to deliver exceptional value to clients across Europe.

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your expertise in a dynamic SaaS environment, working with a diverse client base that includes Wealth, Platforms, Asset Management, and Technology Vendors. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data products' success, leveraging your industry knowledge and sales acumen to build strong relationships and achieve impactful results.

Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:
  • Driving pipeline development and meeting sales targets by executing strategic go-to-market plans.
  • Creating and managing a Territory Plan to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing and Business Development Representatives to generate demand and drive engagement.
  • Partnering with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless transitions for clients post-sale.
  • Providing valuable customer feedback to product and data strategy teams to inform the product roadmap.
  • Developing reseller and referral programs through ecosystem partnerships.
  • Leading sales promotion activities, such as customer events and trade fairs.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:
  • You must have deep knowledge of the European data market across asset classes.
  • You will have a proven track record of success in a quota-bearing sales role.
  • You are experienced in applying industry-standard sales methodologies (we use the MEDDPICC framework).
  • You should have experience managing a robust sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets.
  • You must be proficient in using CRM systems for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
