Business Development Manager – Property Management SaaS

We are looking to recruit New Business focussed individuals to sell our Civica Property Management SaaS into our Local Government customers.


Our cloud property asset management software is designed with flexibility in mind, ensuring that teams can continue working and services can keep running smoothly regardless of the situation.

Requirements

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business sales opportunities:


  • Define and execute new business sales campaigns
  • Strong experience of working in SaaS sales into local government, especially estate management, buildings and facilities management 
  • Produce written proposals of a high standard that make a compelling case for the prospective client to procure Civica's solution
  • Integrate personal sales efforts with organised marketing activities, e.g. product launches, targeted campaigns and exhibitions
  • Manage pipeline to ensure that incremental gross margin targets are met consistently month-on-month
  • Maximise the opportunity for revenue recognition by means of well-balanced payment profiles for contracted business
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Product Roadmap through identification of customer requirements to facilitate the development of profitable products and services


Requirements


The ideal candidate will have experience of selling SaaS into LG or other public sector verticals, an understanding of cloud property asset management solutions highly desirable
