Job Description

Direct Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with leading OEMs, global brands, and strategic customers across the audio and consumer electronics sectors.

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal execution—to expand Bose’s footprint in key product categories and channels.

  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions tailored to OEM and brand customer needs, influencing design-in and platform adoption decisions.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, consistently driving revenue growth in alignment with Bose’s commercial strategy.

Account Management

  • Establish, grow, and manage senior-level relationships with OEM and brand customers to maximize long-term partnership value.

  • Act as the primary commercial interface, ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely support, and repeat business.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver optimized audio solutions that meet customer requirements and performance expectations.

  • Monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and proactively address risks or competitive pressures.

Program & Project Coordination

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of audio hardware programs, from concept to mass production.

  • Manage project timelines, requirements, risks, and communication between Bose teams and customer stakeholders.

  • Drive alignment on technical milestones, commercial terms, and product readiness while ensuring adherence to global quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the audio, consumer electronics, or related industries, with a strong emphasis on direct OEM/brand sales, business development, and key account management.

  • Demonstrated success in securing design wins and driving revenue growth in the Chinese market or APAC region.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustic Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, pricing strategy, negotiation, and ROI analysis.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with audio and electronics product development processes.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, decision-making structures, and competitive dynamics.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment
