Hey there! 👋 Thanks for stopping by.

Are you actively seeking your next career move? Or just browsing to see what's out there? Either way, you might have just found your next big opportunity!

About the role
This is a brand-new, stand-alone role with huge potential for growth and future opportunities. As our first dedicated Business Development Team Lead  (SD TL) for NuOrder, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact that potential customers have with NuORDER by Lightspeed, and this position is a springboard for even greater things to come—including the chance to build and lead your own team in the future.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive business growth across Europe, with a focus on the UK, Scandinavia, Italy, and France.
  • Connect with key executives from top fashion brands in Europe—your role will be all about building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and assess how NuORDER could be a perfect solution for them.
  • Prospect, engage, nurture, and qualify leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Handle inbound leads, qualify them, and route them to the right internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team on discovery calls and pipeline management.
  • Assist in building the European SDR team, including recruiting, training, and managing new team members as we scale.
  • Represent NuORDER at industry events—from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-ups, you'll be making an impact.
  • Work with management to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and new ways to grow our sales pipeline.

And a little extra...

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing to develop campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with the retail team on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

What you need to bring

  • Proven experience having worked in roles that interact regularly with senior leadership.
  • Experience in Fashion & Wholesale is a must.
  • Proven track record in a target-driven environment—you love hitting your goals!
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong listening abilities.
  • A positive, curious, and results-driven mindset—you're always looking for new ways to succeed.
  • Outgoing, self-starter attitude—you're ready to take initiative and make things happen.
  • Receptive to feedback and always eager to improve.
  • Fluent in English, Italian and/or French
  • A knack for consistency—you follow through and ensure things get done.

What’s in it for you?
Come live the Lightspeed experience—where we’re building a future together.

  • Work in a truly flexible environment that allows you to balance your career and personal life.
  • Genuine career growth—this is just the beginning, with plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.
  • Join a lean, dynamic team that’s big enough for growth but small enough for you to make a real impact.
  • A competitive Lightspeed share scheme—because we’re all owners in this journey.

And, of course, a benefits package that keeps you happy, healthy, and (not) hungry.

Sound exciting? If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and be part of something big, we want to hear from you!

Apply now and let’s make amazing things happen together!
