Hybrid work authorization requires consistent, reliable internet service allowing for effective telecommuting and reliable personal transportation for commuting and movement between campuses.

Full-Time Salary Range: $41142 - $55587
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.

- Identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities.
- Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information collected on customers, competitors and other market factors that can contribute to a business's competitive advantage.
- Building strategic customer maps and engagement plans.
Specific tasks may include:
- Advancing and implementing technical capabilities and business tools to support various Business Development functions.
- Functional task efficiency discovery, analysis of alternative and development/deployment of solutions.
- Data analysis and management in Salesforce.
- Business Development administrative tasks may include developing and/or reviewing reports, presentations or internal communications and/or marketing materials.
- Participate in AI initiatives to identify opportunities for automation, insights, and process improvement.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Currently enrolled (with good academic standing) and pursuing a BS/BA degree in Business or a technical degree with a Business minor or concentration or equivalent experience. Experience using MS Office suite of programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Must be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a collaborative team in an often-virtual environment.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Proficiency with MSOffice suite.
- Experience with M365 Cloud-based Sharepoint and MSTeams required
- Salesforce and/or data management and analytics tools experience preferred, but not required
