Cross Border and Business Development

About the job:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a senior role within our global Corporate & Investment Banking, supporting business development and business intelligence activities across more than 10 countries,  multiple industries and management levels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution of existing business intelligence and performance management tools.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of CIB business performance, trends, and key value drivers.

  • Define, refine, and challenge business and financial metrics used for steering the business.

  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior management decision-making.

  • Support headcount planning and performance management processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy, Data, and Business teams in a cross-functional set-up.

  • Prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations for senior stakeholders at global level.

Core skills:

  • Significant experience in business intelligence, performance management, strategy, or analytics roles.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with complex datasets and business metrics.

  • Proven ability to synthesize information and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, international environments.

  • High degree of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail.

Background:

  • Degree in Finance, Math, Data science or similar.

  • Experience either in finance, or consulting or data science in finance, or combination of any.

  • Background in Corporate & Investment Banking or finance is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • English (for Spanish-speaking candidates) is an advantage but not an obligation.

  • Spanish (for non-spanish-speaking candidates) ability to speak and understand is required with commitment to improve if necessary.

  • CFA is an advantage but not obligation.

We operate a hybrid working model, which for this role requires being in the London office at least 3 days a week.

Please note that priority will be given to candidates who are elegible to work in the UK.
