You will focus on identifying, qualifying, and winning net new CloudRock logos within existing Workday customer organisations across the UK & Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial rigour, consultative engagement, and a proven record of closing strategic deals.
You will drive early-stage pipeline development and lead complex sales cycles from first engagement through contract signature, collaborating closely with CloudRock Advisory, Delivery, and Marketing to deliver value to customers.

What You Will DoNet New Logo Acquisition
  • Prospect, engage, and win Workday customers who are not currently CloudRock clients.

  • Generate and own a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Lead customer executive engagements and develop trusted relationships at multiple levels (HR, Finance, IT, Transformation, PMO).

  • Translate customer challenges into value-aligned solutions (e.g., Phase X, AMS, BOW, Transformation Programmes).

Full Sales Cycle Ownership
  • Qualify opportunities with rigour and insight.

  • Lead commercial conversations, price value, and negotiate deals.

  • Maintain accuracy and discipline in forecasting and CRM hygiene.

  • Drive deals across the line — independently or with extended team support.

Go-to-Market Enablement
  • Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns and events designed to activate Workday customers.

  • Influence proposition development based on market and customer insights.

  • Represent CloudRock at virtual and in-person industry and partner events.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
  • A strong, repeatable pipeline of new Workday customer opportunities.

  • A measurable contribution to revenue targets, instal base share, and cloud-services adoption.

  • Successful expansion of CloudRock’s footprint into strategic accounts.

  • Trusted advisor relationships with Workday customers and partners.

Who You AreProfessional ExperienceEssential
  • 4–8+ years in B2B new logo sales, preferably in consulting, SI, SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Demonstrable success hunting new customers and closing net-new deals.

  • Experience selling into Workday customer organisations, ideally within Workday ecosystem services.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise transformation drivers.

Desirable
  • Prior experience in Workday services, professional services, or systems integration.

  • Established contacts within the Workday customer community.

  • A track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive opportunity success.
