About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused individual to join our Global Growth Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain hands-on experience supporting the operational side of business development in a global, client-focused environment.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Ashfield MedComms and the wider Inizio Medical network, helping keep our BD activities organised, efficient, and moving forward. The role offers excellent variety, exposure to strategic projects, and a commitment to develop your key skills in business development, operations, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and maintain BD collateral, keeping pitch decks, case studies and company credentials up to date and easy to access.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, helping track outreach, opportunities and engagement activity.
  • Develop monthly BD reports, gathering inputs and preparing clear updates for leaders and internal teams.
  • Support RFI/RFP and pitch responses, coordinating contributions and helping create high-quality submission materials.
  • Project-manage BD tasks, including tracking actions, scheduling milestone meetings and supporting cross-functional workflows.
  • Prepare clear briefs for multiple functions supporting proposal development.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Growth Team, ensuring agendas, materials and actions are well prepared.
  • Support social media activity, including sourcing content, preparing posts and coordinating approvals.
  • Facilitate compliance processes, ensuring documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
  • Use and champion enterprise AI tools to streamline day-to-day tasks and support team efficiency.
  • Build strong internal relationships across AMC and Inizio Medical.
  • Provide general BD and operational support to the Growth team as required.

  • Creative and adaptable, particularly when supporting social content or BD materials.
  • Interested in business operations and strategic growth within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
  • Accurate and detail-driven in both written and visual work.
  • Resilient and resourceful, with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, communications, and business development.
Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or data tools is a plus but not required
