  • Discover New Opportunities: Dive into the exciting realm of B2B sales by identifying and generating Sales Qualified Leads that will drive our growth.
  • Engage & Connect: Utilise your communication skills across various channels—phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn—to reach out, engage, and build rapport with potential clients.
  • First Impressions Matter: Take charge of the initial relationship with prospects, ensuring they feel valued and understood while you secure those all-important qualified appointments.
  • Organisational Guru: Keep our CRM (Salesforce) tidy and up-to-date, tracking every interaction, opportunity, and market insight to ensure we're always at the top of our game.
  • Measure Your Success: Record and analyze your daily activities and performance metrics—this is your chance to shine!
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Enterprise Sales and Inside Sales teams, sharing insights and experiences to achieve collective and individual success.
  • C-Level Connections: Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives in target companies, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.
  • Innovate: Help us refine our lead qualification and sales processes—your ideas and insights can make a real difference!
  • Exceed Expectations: Aim high! Strive to surpass your monthly qualified leads quota to contribute to our ambitious goals.
Requirements
  • Who You Are:
    • Experienced Sales Enthusiast: You have a background in business development or sales and a genuine passion for driving new business, particularly in the technology sector.
    • Self-Motivated Go-Getter: Your enthusiasm and motivation drive you to continuously seek out new opportunities.
    • Exceptional Communicator: Your ability to connect with others is unmatched—you can engage clients and close deals with ease.
    • Organizational Ninja: You excel at managing your time, tasks, and priorities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
    • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and believe that shared success is worth celebrating.
    • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM systems and have a keen understanding of sales processes and strategies.
    • This role is targeting the UK market, so knowledge of the UK business landscape is a bonus!
