The successful candidate will play a crucial role in positioning (MMM) as a market leader, driving fame and aggressive growth in our client base through securing new logos and cross selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

This includes identifying potential clients, conducting outreach and leading negotiations to close high-value deals.

  • Client Retention: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their objectives. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in long-term business relationships and repeat business. Implement client retention programs and measure client satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.

  • Market Analysis: Bring strategic ideas to identify potential opportunities and trends that can be leveraged for business growth. Analyse competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and identify gaps in the market that MMM can fill.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Participate in the development of go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.

Candidate Profile

  • Network: Possesses an existing network and experience in the sector, capable of pro-actively identifying and reaching out to potential clients who are not yet aware of our offering. Experience in leveraging relationships to gain introductions and facilitate warm leads.

  • Sales Techniques: Skilled in persuasive sales techniques and has a deep understanding of customer needs. Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and achieve sales targets. Experience with consultative selling approaches and solution-based sales methodologies.
