Pipeline management and reporting

  • Manage and monitor pipeline health, tracking metrics and opportunities to optimise the sales process.

  • Provide actionable insights and regular updates to relevant teams and Managing Director on pipeline and opportunities.

Relationship building

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations, establishing SQLI as a strategic, trusted partner.

  • Work closely with technical teams and CX teams to create customised solutions that meet the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.

  • Attend industry events to build networks and stay ahead of market developments.

Partnerships

  • Leverage relationships with key software vendors (Adobe, SAP Commerce, Vercel, Shopify, Contentful, CommerceTools, Optimizely, etc) and their sales teams to generate leads. Manage logging of leads and generation of commission.

Market insights

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in key industries and technologies, identifying new opportunities and refining strategies to capitalise on them.

With a proven track record in new business development, you're relentless in your approach - whether it's prospecting, lead generation, or nurturing and sealing the deal with enterprise and mid-market clients.

  • Your strong network - ideally within the Adobe and/or Shopify ecosystems - gives you an edge, and you know how to leverage connections to drive results.

  • You excel at selling into B2C and B2B retail, luxury, and other digital-first sectors, with a sharp understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. You don’t just sell; you position yourself as a trusted advisor who adds real value.

  • In fast-paced environments, you don’t just keep up - you lead. Agility, adaptability, and multitasking are second nature, and you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a lean team when needed.

  • You’re confident engaging senior-level executives, delivering compelling presentations, and building long-term relationships that drive business forward.
