Additionally, this role includes regular interaction with external stakeholders through business reviews, sales calls, and consultations.

  • Apply your global forwarding expertise to identify trends, evaluate international logistics performance, and provide fact‑based recommendations that drive operational improvements and positive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with leadership, analytics teams, and cross‑functional partners across the network to develop robust performance, optimization, and predictive analytics.

  • Partner with internal departments to understand business drivers and the impact of change across the organization.

  • Support the development of innovative, data‑driven solutions that improve supply chain services for customers across Europe.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.

Required:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role in the logistics industry, ideally with a freight forwarder

  • Prior experience or strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, with particular emphasis on global forwarding operations.

  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with proven intermediate proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as SQL for data querying.

  • Basic to intermediate coding experience (e.g. scripting or data manipulation).

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Ability to influence change and work effectively within a large, geographically dispersed organization.

  • Collaborative working style with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience in data and financial analysis within a sales, commercial, or operations environment.

  • Working knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret international freight data (air/ocean) and translate complex forwarding‑related insights into actionable business recommendations.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
