As a Business Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving real change, working hands-on with diverse business units to deliver impactful AI solutions. This role offers the chance to lead transformation initiatives, collaborate with talented professionals, and see your work make a tangible difference across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in both strategic and practical AI implementation, while growing your influence and advancing your career in a dynamic, global environment.

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, based remotely within the United Kingdom. Ideally, you will be located within commuting distance to our Soho, London, office should any face to face meetings be required.

Your key responsibilities as a Business Change Manager will include:

  • Embedding within business areas for extended periods to drive AI adoption and transformation initiatives from concept through to sustained operational use.
  • Working directly with business teams to identify pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities where AI can deliver tangible value.
  • Rapidly prototyping and iterating solutions with business users, gathering feedback and refining approaches to ensure solutions meet real needs.
  • Leading change management activities within embedded teams, including training, communication, stakeholder engagement, and addressing resistance to change.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for AI initiatives within the embedded business area, building trust and credibility through hands-on delivery.
  • Coaching and mentoring business users on how to work effectively with AI tools and integrate them into daily workflows.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Change Manager:

  • You will have excellent change management experience and be skilled at driving adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
  • You must have exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
  • You should possess strong business acumen and the ability to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • You will be skilled in training and coaching business users on tools and capabilities.
  • You will ideally have experience working with AI tools or technology as a part of business transformation, although not mandatory.
