As a Business Assistant Analyst in our Business Support Team, you provide essential senior administrative support and team management in a dynamic environment. You partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations and effective project delivery. You champion best practices, foster collaboration, and maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. You play a key role in talent management, process improvement, and executive support. Together, we create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor business assistants, ensuring effective coverage and support across all business lines
  • Collaborate with internal support groups, including human resources and business management, to promote best practices
  • Manage recruitment and talent planning, partnering with stakeholders to meet business needs
  • Oversee performance management, conduct regular feedback sessions, and support professional development
  • Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and events with precision and adaptability
  • Organize complex travel arrangements and entertainment logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business managers, and support teams
