Job Description
Join one of the world's most innovative banks as an Executive Assistant within our Brussels team. This role offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate your attention to detail and quality-focused approach in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As an Executive Assistant in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for building relationships and managing administrative and executive support tasks. This position allows you to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to align with the department's goals and activities. You will interact with staff at all levels, often under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Your professionalism and adaptability will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn from other assistants, enhancing your skills and career growth.
Job responsibilities
  • Execute a variety of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making for executives, their management team, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including conducting research and handling information requests.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, travel and scheduling meetings.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow your career within the organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook with excellent calendar management skills.
  • Adaptable team player with strong problem-solving abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including table creation, mail merges, and basic formatting.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar management).
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, with proven experience interacting with senior management.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required.

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
