Job Responsibilities:
- Handle internal and external client interactions with professionalism.
- Coordinate complex travel plans, including flights, VISAs, and accommodations.
- Organize internal/external meetings and conference calls.
- Partner with offshore expense teams to manage business expenses.
- Utilize internal systems for accurate data entry.
- Assist with scheduling review committees and interview set-ups.
- Act as an integral partner to the business, understanding group priorities.
- Exhibit teamwork and flexibility.
- Collaborate with assistants for back-up coverage.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and provide training to new joiners.
- Demonstrate strong technical abilities.
