This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Business Analytics Manager you will play a crucial role in driving strategic quoting initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Analytics, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality quotes aligned with a defined strategy. Your success will depend on close collaboration with the Sales and Supplier Development teams. You'll also be responsible for following up on opportunities to generate incremental revenue for Sourceability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between Purchasing, Supplier Development, and Sales to enhance and expand customer offerings.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and deliver accurate, timely quotations aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage global business opportunities across regions.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Represent the Business Analytics team at the regional level, acting as a point of contact and advocate.
  • Oversee commodity management strategies to support competitive quoting and supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead and manage regional team members, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight. 

Job Content:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to qualify all assigned RFQs.
  • Manage and coordinate the cleanup and upload of raw BOMs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Develop comprehensive overviews for each quoting opportunity.
  • Partner with the Supplier Development Group and Purchasing teams to ensure quotes are completed within established timelines.
  • Review costs and prepare proposals that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Ensure all quotations adhere to company policies, objectives, and compliance standards.
  • Deliver detailed summaries of final quote proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Simultaneously manage and track multiple quotations with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all quotations.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic component manufacturers, part numbers, and industry terminology.
