We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the discovery, documentation, and execution of business requirements across multiple internal systems and teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, digging into complex systems, and translating business needs into actionable technical tasks.
The role is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
- Translate business objectives into structured documentation and functional specifications
- Align requirements with developers, testers, and other departments to ensure clarity and feasibility
Project Execution & Communication
- Write detailed technical tasks for development, including functional and non-functional requirements
- Support developers and QA during implementation and testing phases
- Track project timelines and manage backlogs, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Accept completed features, ensuring compliance with initial requirements
System & Process Optimization
- Facilitate system integration efforts across multiple platforms and departments
- Analyze and document business processes; identify areas for improvement
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within IT company (fintech experience would be considered a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly across various audiences
- Experience preparing structured documentation such as BRDs, specifications, and technical tasks
- Ability to define and communicate functional requirements for system enhancements
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Visio, Flowchart Maker & Online Diagram Software, Jira, and Confluence
- Hands-on experience modeling business processes using BPMN
- Working knowledge of SQL (basic operations, JOINs)
- Experience with API testing
- Languages proficiency: Fluency in Russian is a must, A2-B1 level of English
