About the role - 12 month FTC

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, equipment effectiveness, and data driven decision making. While your primary focus will be on the Paper division, you’ll also help align data governance and digital standards across Recycling and Packaging.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with plant managers, production teams, IT, and data specialists to identify business needs and pain points.

  • Translate requirements into functional specs for tools like downtime tracking, OEE, predictive maintenance, and IoT platforms.

  • Document workflows and uncover opportunities to streamline processes and boost productivity.

  • Collaborate with data engineers/scientists to define KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Support vendor selection, software configuration, testing (UAT), training, and rollout.

  • Drive user adoption through workshops, training, and feedback loops.

  • Monitor solution performance and support continuous improvement.

  • Integrate OT systems (DCS, SCADA, PLCs) with IT platforms for seamless data flow.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, safety, environmental).

  • Maintain high-quality documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing.

About you

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial settings.

  • Strong grasp of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap, etc.).

  • Experience with MES, SCADA, ERP, and IIoT platforms.

  • Skilled in Power BI, SQL, Excel, or Python for operational data analysis.

  • Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels.

  • Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., edge computing, digital twins, ML).

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%).
