Business Analyst

What is the opportunity?

You will be a business analyst focused on delivery linked to our CRM product (Microsoft CRM)

What will you do?

• Work with business stakeholders to document project feasibility / gap analysis / Data analysis requests, so a good understanding of Microsoft CRM and the data model would be essential.
• Translate requirements into User Stories / Use Cases via Agile methodology. BRD’s may be required for more complex project requirements. 
• Identify options and estimations for potential solutions & assess them with the business and to some degree the technical suitability of them
• Ensure project deadlines & schedules are enforced/met and escalate any issues
• Assist in the validating of testing scripts associated with deliverables, ensuring User Stories/BRD/FSD are suitably signed off.
• Assist in the creation of new/altered processes, co-ordinate with business architecture team 

What do you need to succeed?
 

Must-have

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications and\or experience
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working under their own initiative
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• A logical & creative approach to problem solving and an ability to identify critical issues with ease
• Good interpersonal\client handling and communication skills (Business value awareness)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with database applications and working knowledge of excel or SQL
• Experience working as a Business Analyst within the Wealth Management / Finance Sector.
