As a Business Analyst, you will support projects by documenting business requirements, creating process maps and wireframes, and collaborating with various stakeholders. You'll also be focused on risk management and providing support during the project lifecycle, alongside ensuring quality through peer reviews and validation processes.

Job Description
- Building knowledge of the business, its products, processes and SOPs
- Identifying and documenting project objectives and benefits
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT products
- Producing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps
- Creating wireframes and mock-ups to support the business requirements
- Liaising with the business and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Raising potential project risks, issues and blockers
- Collaborating with the wider project team members and providing support when required (including solution designing, testing, training, support etc.)
- Triaging and validating bugs
- Carrying out peer reviews and sharing knowledge, both in products and BA techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience working as a BA
- Good knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques and project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft core products
- Experience of working within IT project teams
- The ability to plan and co-ordinate multiple tasks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail
- High-level of creativity, adaptability and persistence
- Energetic, passionate and driven
