Description

This role is about:
Business Analyst who will support and drive our In-Person Payments strategy, vision, and product development. Support the Product Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams, the products and solutions you help us build will be used across multiple geographies and merchant verticals. 
You will:

  • Articulate clear user stories and acceptance criteria by translating complex business requirements into well-defined product requirements. Working collaboratively with engineering teams and ensuring requirements are clearly understood using agile methodology.  
  • Own and manage of product backlogs by prioritising and balancing the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Support the Product Manager by translating the product vision and strategy into a well-defined product roadmap.
  • Have a pulse on the in-person payment market, conducting discovery and analysis across various European geographies, customer verticals and payment solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage with third-party vendors. Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
  • Create strong feedback loops with our customers and commercial teams to better understand their pain points and identify ways how our solutions can be tailored to address their pain points.
  • Own the end-to-end new features and enhancements to existing solutions. Work collaboratively with wider stakeholders to ensure commercial readiness for a successful launch and rollout.  
  • Create training materials and train internal and external commercial teams on our product, features and usability.
  • With the support of the Product Manager and internal stakeholders, you will build and streamline processes to better serve and manage our customer life cycles in new markets and business models.


What we need:

  • A strong understanding of POS and the Merchant Acquiring business including but not limited to technical knowledge.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager working on B2B solutions in an agile environment. Preferably in Payments, Banking or for a FinTech company.
  • A self-starter and have the drive to get the job done.
  • Experience building B2B tech products and have been in the centre of the action, working closely with development teams, talking to clients, and engaging with internal & external stakeholders and third parties.
  • A strong interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Experience working on greenfield projects and seening them through from ideation to launch.
  • An eye for detail and are equally comfortable brainstorming and individually problem-solving.
  • A passionate about what you do and can empathise with customers’ needs to deliver world-class user experiences and ensure scalability.
