The Technical Senior Business Analyst supports digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization by conducting analysis, facilitating communication between teams, and delivering technical knowledge sharing.

Project Overview
Clinical Ancillary Services supports 150+ clinical systems across 40+ acute clinical departments. The Technical Senior Business Analyst will support strategic digital transformation, application modernization, infrastructure transformation, and cloud enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Transformation & Cloud Enablement
- Analyze application dependencies, integrations, and hosting requirements.
- Support cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Assist with migration planning, sequencing, and readiness activities.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments.
- Coordinate across infrastructure, security, network, clinical, and vendor teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, reviews, and decision-making sessions.
2. Business Analysis & Discovery
- Lead discovery sessions with operational and technical stakeholders.
- Perform application assessment and rationalization activities.
- Develop:
- Business requirements
- Process flow diagrams
- Data flow diagrams
- Infrastructure diagrams
- System documentation
3. Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building
- Deliver technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Create reusable learning materials.
- Provide guidance on:
- Cloud fundamentals
- Application architecture
- Integration specifications
- Emerging technologies and best practices.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting technical, infrastructure, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of:
- Application architecture
- System integrations
- Enterprise system landscapes
- Experience working with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud experience (especially Microsoft Azure).
- Application assessment and migration planning experience.
- Infrastructure transformation experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- BA certifications such as CBAP or CCBA.
