Shape the future of institutional digital assets, connecting traditional capital markets with next-generation financial infrastructure.

The Role

At Capco, we're looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Assets to support the implementation and integration of the Taurus digital asset platform within a regulated traditional exchange.

You'll act as the functional bridge between business, technology, operations, and Taurus, helping translate complex requirements into practical solutions that enable secure, scalable, and efficient digital asset operations.

Working alongside the Implementation Lead and key stakeholders, you'll support the design and delivery of end-to-end digital asset capabilities spanning trading, custody, settlement, and integration with existing market infrastructure.

You'll also explore opportunities to use approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve requirements analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency, while maintaining appropriate human oversight, data security, and responsible AI practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Implementation Lead in the end-to-end implementation and integration of the Taurus digital asset platform, coordinating requirements, dependencies, and delivery activities across client, vendor, and implementation teams.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, mapping Taurus capabilities against client needs and identifying functional, operational, and integration gaps.
  • Define end-to-end digital asset workflows covering trading, custody, wallet infrastructure, settlement, and tokenized assets, including business processes, rules, controls, and exception scenarios.
  • Support integration with existing client systems and market infrastructure, facilitating stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, testing, go-live readiness, functional documentation, and operational handover.
  • Leverage approved AI tools and automation, where appropriate, to support requirements documentation, process analysis, and delivery activities, ensuring outputs are validated through human review and comply with relevant governance and security controls.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within financial services, capital markets, or financial-market infrastructure, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and integration requirements.
  • Strong institutional-grade digital asset / crypto background, with practical knowledge of digital asset custody, trading, settlement processes, and wallet infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing or integrating digital asset or distributed ledger technology (DLT) platforms, with a strong understanding of blockchain transaction flows, tokenized assets, and on-chain settlement.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and external vendors, facilitating effective communication and coordination throughout complex implementation programmes.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities, with an openness to AI-enabled ways of working and an understanding of responsible AI, human validation, and appropriate escalation procedures.

Bonus Points For

  • Direct experience implementing or integrating the Taurus digital asset platform within institutional or regulated financial environments.
  • Knowledge of tokenization, tokenized securities, and their application within traditional capital markets and exchange infrastructure.
  • Experience with digital asset custody solutions, wallet infrastructure, blockchain networks, and associated operational controls.
  • Familiarity with financial-market infrastructure, including exchange operations, post-trade processing, and integration with existing trading and settlement systems.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled business analysis, intelligent automation, or AI-supported process optimisation within regulated financial services environments.

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.
  • Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services.
