- Apply deep asset management knowledge to shape requirements, solutions, and outcomes
- Work closely with technology teams on platform, data, and system implementation initiatives
- Support transformation across operating models, regulatory change, and investment processes
- Communicate structured insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Business Analysis experience within Asset or Investment Management (non-generalist)
- Strong understanding of front-to-back asset management operating models and workflows
- Experience supporting technology implementation, data transformation, or platform change
- Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments using tools such as Jira
Bonus Points For
- Experience with data-driven transformation, analytics, or reporting within asset management
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, or advanced data use cases
- Knowledge of asset management platforms or modern investment technology stacks
- Understanding of UK or global asset management regulatory requirements
- Consulting experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments

- Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture
- Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications
- Be part of a team shaping the future of Wealth & Asset Management
- Help drive transformation across global financial services
