Senior Business Analyst – Asset Management

Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent

Bring deep asset management expertise to complex change across data, technology, and investment operations.

The Role
Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Wealth & Asset Management practice. This role is designed for experienced practitioners with strong content knowledge in Asset or Investment Management, rather than generalist business analysis experience. You’ll work with leading asset managers and wealth firms to deliver complex change across investment, operations, data, and technology landscapes.

You’ll combine domain depth with structured analysis to support platform implementations, data-led transformation, and emerging capabilities such as AI-enabled decisioning and automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business analysis workstreams across asset and investment management programmes
  • Apply deep asset management knowledge to shape requirements, solutions, and outcomes
  • Work closely with technology teams on platform, data, and system implementation initiatives
  • Support transformation across operating models, regulatory change, and investment processes
  • Communicate structured insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within Asset or Investment Management (non-generalist)
  • Strong understanding of front-to-back asset management operating models and workflows
  • Experience supporting technology implementation, data transformation, or platform change
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments using tools such as Jira

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with data-driven transformation, analytics, or reporting within asset management
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, or advanced data use cases
  • Knowledge of asset management platforms or modern investment technology stacks
  • Understanding of UK or global asset management regulatory requirements
  • Consulting experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact change for leading asset and investment managers
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications
  • Be part of a team shaping the future of Wealth & Asset Management
  • Help drive transformation across global financial services

We offer a competitive, people-first benefits package designed to support every aspect of your life:

  • Discretionary bonus, competitive pension, health insurance, life insurance and critical illness cover
  • Mental health support including CareFirst, Unmind, Aviva consultations, and trained first aiders
  • Family-friendly policies including enhanced parental leave and paid leave for key life events
  • Holiday flexibility with 5 weeks’ annual leave and the option to buy or sell days
  • Continuous learning with a minimum of 40 hours’ training annually and a Business Coach from Day One
