Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a leading global financial institution on a multi-year transformation journey. The role will be part of eClerx global team (London,NY) responsible for supporting legacy modernization, platform re-engineering, process improvement using AI tools in the technology functions.
The ideal candidate is a strong BA with not only experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery but has good experience in using AI tools to accelerate the requirements gathering, Functional Specifications and user stories. This role is ideal for someone who can bring expertise and innovation in how to define clear requirements, and support the successful implementation of modernization through AI-enabled initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and delivery artifacts through AI led solutions and tool.
- Hands on experience in using AI to analyze current-state processes, systems, and pain points to identify modernization and automation opportunities.
- Support transformation initiatives involving legacy platform changes, process redesign, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Work closely with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and traceable through delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions to validate and perform impact assessments across business and technology teams.
- Support UAT planning, test scenario definition, and business validation to ensure AI accelerated solutions meet the right standards for deployment.
- Help define operating models, workflows, and business rules for new or modernized solutions.
- Use data and metrics like DORA and other to ensure the measurement of AI assisted code quality, risk and adoption and provide recommendation for improvement .
- Document requirements, risks, dependencies, and change impacts clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise transformation, technology delivery, or process improvement programs.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Proven experience working across the SDLC, supporting requirement definition, solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
- Exposure to AI-enabled delivery tools or automation-driven transformation programs is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting legacy modernization, system migration, or platform transformation initiatives in the Financial Market space is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, functional specifications, user stories, and traceability management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, QA, and product.
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise technology environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Financial services experience is preferred; experience in global delivery or regulated environments is a plus.
- Has a good knowledge of Claude code, GitHub copilot and related tools and has hands on experience using AI in accelerating requirements gathering.
