ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and pain points.
  • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Support solution design discussions with architects and technical teams.
  • Create and maintain business process maps, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams during implementation and testing phases.
  • Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
  • Ensure successful project delivery following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
Functional Skills
  • Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement modules.

  • Good understanding of:

    • Sales

    • Customer Service

    • Marketing

    • Field Service (preferred)

  • Experience in Power Platform:

    • Power Apps

    • Power Automate

    • Power BI

    • Dataverse

  • Business Process Modeling and Gap Analysis.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Technical Understanding
  • Knowledge of D365 architecture and configuration capabilities.

  • Understanding of Dataverse data models.

  • Familiarity with integrations involving APIs, Azure Services, and Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of reporting and dashboard requirements using Power BI.

  • Understanding of security roles, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects.

  • Certifications such as:

    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)

    • Microsoft Certified: Business Analyst (PL-100/PL-900 preferred)

    • Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Certifications

  • Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, or Telecom domains is an added advantage.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Effective facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
