Job Description

Location: Blackpool (hybrid)
Contract: FTC (12 months)
 

About the role

We’re looking for a Business Account Coordinator to deliver a best‑in‑class, end‑to‑end service to our customers. Acting as a true customer champion, you’ll manage sales orders from receipt to despatch, liaising closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure agreed service levels are met and exceeded.

This is a fast‑paced role within an FMCG food manufacturing environment, where accuracy, communication and a proactive mindset are key. You’ll work cross‑functionally with production planning, warehousing, distribution, invoicing and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a consistently high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Experience & knowledge

  • Previous experience in a Customer Services role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience of working with high-volume orders, EDI and multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives is desirable

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
  • Clear and confident communicator, both internally and externally
  • Proactive problem‑solver with good decision‑making skills
