Job Description

Are you a meticulous multitasker with flawless communication skills and project management? We're looking for a Bundles Project Coordinator to support our EMEA Demand Management team! In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key link between internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies, ensuring project success through effective communication and efficient reporting.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location (either Slough or London) and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Bundles Team: Handle day-to-day reporting and share insights with internal teams.

  • Project Oversight: Keep new and existing projects on track, identify risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

  • Supplier Coordination: Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and manage smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Management: Connect the dots between different internal and external teams, ensuring a seamless exchange of knowledge.

  • Creative Liaison: Facilitate communication between creative agencies and suppliers for artwork and design needs.

  • Process Improvement: Document and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on new insights.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role.

  • Experience within Trade Marketing or Retail/Supply Chain Operations dealing with trade material.

  • Proficiency across the entire MS Office and strong analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders confidently.

  • Experience in Agile methodology (desirable)..

  • Experience of working with SAP in an operations or supply chain role (desirable).
