We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Advisor who will report to the Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Bruton street

Job Description

Your opportunity

You will be a key ambassador for our brand providing a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience in store and nurturing a genuine and long-term relationship with our clients. Within our boutique you will become a key member of the team by offering excellent service, driving sales through the execution of personalized clienteling actions and immersing our clients in the Brioni lifestyle

How you will contribute

  • Create and develop a relationships with existing and new clients with continued follow up
  • Meet and exceed KPI set out by store management including sales value, retention, UPT and Xselling 
  • Develop your client 'book' in order to execute effective clientelling strategies 
  • Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand potential customer base 
  • Gather information about the market: new trends, events, competitors’ activities and products 
  • Effectively interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and in the company at large 
  • Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines 
  • Embrace Brioni standards, roles and procedures, promptly sharing possible issues and risks

Who you are

  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail, ideally in Men’s Formalwear
  • Passion for sartorial culture
  • High standard of spoken and written English, another language is a plus
  • Existing loyal client base with high potential to transfer existing clients
  • Ability to execute a wide range of clienteling strategies to initiate, retain and develop the relationship
  • Good attention to detail and ability to plan, execute and follow up
  • Commercial mindset and pro-active attitude towards generating business
  • Clear communicator with the ability to engage and influence clients and key stakeholders alike
  • Knowledge of Luxury retail standards with regards to processes, service level and expectations
  • Good knowledge of retail sales environment
  • Confident and pro active
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and convince
  • Self motivated and results driven
