Global Studios is an exciting and fast-evolving part of our business, and we’re looking for a Branded Content Producer to join us for the journey. You’ll be creative and commercially minded, experienced in dreaming up big ideas and confident in making them happen.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, focused on developing and delivering standout branded content campaigns across Global Studios. You’ll work across audio, social, video and digital touch points, creating ideas that are right for the show, the talent, their audience and the client.

You’ll bring together creativity, organisation and strong stakeholder management to shape campaigns from brief through to delivery. That means generating brilliant responses to client briefs, building trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring every campaign is executed to a high standard.

We’re looking for someone who can balance ideas with action. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.

A little bit more about Global Studios. Global Studios is the umbrella brand, where all our podcasts exist. Whether they are Global Originals (produced in house at Global), 3rd party shows that Global host and monetises, or our recent acquisitions, The Fellas Studios and Gary Neville’s Overlap offering.

Global Studios is already home to some of the UK’s leading shows such as The News Agents, The Sports Agents, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Stick To Football, The Fellas, Saving Grace, and many more. At Global Studios, we have huge ambitions to grow this brand, increasing our content and the revenue we generate.

Key Responsibilities

As a Branded Content Producer at Global, you will:

  • Create phenomenal, innovative content & attend regular brainstorms (35%): You’ll enjoy working creatively and coming up with ideas for Global Studios’ touchpoints. You will brainstorm almost every day with ideas that span audio and video.
  • Have great organisational and project management skills (35%): You'll work across the delivery of podcast sponsorships, host reads and branded content campaigns, being able to create, plan, and deliver multi touch-point commercial campaigns to the highest standard in the industry. You’ll help keep projects on track from briefing through to final sign-off, and in line with brand standards, editorial integrity, client expectations and relevant advertising guidelines.
  • Work closely with podcast talent, producers, editorial, commercial and external production teams (20%): You'll work with various departments within Global to shape big ideas, building strong relationships across Branded Content, Global Studios, Commercial, Editorial, Production, Talent, Legal and Compliance.
  • Support the Head of Branded Content, Global Studios (10%): You'll keep status trackers and shared resources up to date, while helping to share Global Studios news with the wider Branded Content team and relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: Work on exciting projects across Global Studios' growing slate of content, from podcasts to video series.

  • Own It: Take charge of Branded Content projects from start to finish, delivering standout content across Global Studios’ slate.

  • Keep it Simple: By staying focused, organised, and collaborative, you’ll bring creative ideas to life without overcomplicating the process - delivering standout campaigns with clarity and purpose.

  • Better Together: You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds, feeling like a true part of Global Studios while benefiting from the support and ways of working of the Branded Content team.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Been vocal in brainstorms, giving relevant, potentially award-winning and outstanding ideas in response to client briefs.

  • Hit the ground running with a number of projects under your belt.

  • A solid understanding of how audio and video work together and fit into wider media plans, while retaining editorial integrity.

  • Mastered the tone and voice of each individual podcast on Global’s slate, and know exactly what makes them unique

  • Built strong relationships with internal and external podcast production teams

  • Delivered multiple projects, with your work being heard by millions of podcast listeners

  • Built a strong understanding of the ASA CAP and Global’s Ad Policy guidelines

  • Communicated effectively across the business, keeping everyone in the loop

  • Embraced our workflows, ensuring smooth, efficient project execution

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creative or project management role - ideally within the media, podcast or digital landscape

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines

  • Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally with producers, talent teams, sales, and external clients

  • Proficient in tracking tools, reporting, and basic data handling

  • Experience working on audio or podcast campaigns is a strong advantage
