You embrace broadcast channels, alongside digital, video and social which are all encompassed in the ideas you create. And you’re big enough to see it through; if you dream it up, you make it happen.

This is a varied and fast paced role, working for four of the biggest brands in UK radio:  Heart, Smooth, LBC and Gold. You need to be an organised innovator and creator,  ideally with a radio producing or events background, as well as an organised innovator and creator.

Own It: It’s not just radio, you’ll be instrumental in bringing to life social, video, events, OOH…. On and off air.

Keep it Simple: By staying focused, organised, and collaborative, you’ll bring creative ideas to life without overcomplicating the process - delivering standout campaigns with clarity and purpose.

Better Together: No two days the same. From creating huge competitions which turn up the Feel Good across the Heart network to creating informative content pieces for LBC , your days are fast paced and varied.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Hit the ground running with a number of projects under your belt.

  • Been vocal in brainstorms, giving relevant, potentially award-winning and outstanding ideas in response to client briefs.

  • An understanding of how radio and digital work together and fit into wider media plans, while retaining editorial integrity.
