Global Studios is a fast-growing and exciting part of our business, and we’re looking for a Branded Content Coordinator to support the team in delivering standout commercial campaigns across our podcast and digital slate.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career looking for that next step; someone who is highly organised, proactive and keen to build experience in a creative-led environment with a focus on project coordination. You’ll play a key support role across the team, helping keep brainstorms, campaigns and communications running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Branded Content, Global Studios and wider teams across Branded Content, Commercial, Editorial, Production and Talent.

If you’re someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with lots of different people, and wants to grow in a creative media environment, this could be a great next step.

A little bit more about Global Studios. Global Studios is the umbrella brand, where all our podcasts exist. Whether they are Global Originals (produced in house at Global), 3rd party shows that Global host and monetises, or our recent acquisitions, The Fellas Studios and Gary Neville’s Overlap offering.

Global Studios is already home to some of the UK’s leading shows such as The News Agents, The Sports Agents, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Stick To Football, The Fellas, Saving Grace, and many more. At Global Studios, we have huge ambitions to grow this brand, increasing our content and the revenue we generate.

As a Branded Content Coordinator, Global Studios at Global, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and support (25%): to the Global Studios Branded Content team from ideation to delivery.
  • Contribute to brainstorming innovative branded content ideas (25%): you’ll help organise brainstorms, contribute ideas and shape responses to client briefs for Global Studios’ slate, from audio to video.
  • Support the setup and coordination of Branded Content projects (20%): managing timelines, feedback rounds and approval processes across multiple campaigns, keeping teams updated as projects progress
  • Keep relevant teams updated (15%): You’ll keep teams updated across the business on Global Studios projects and processes, including Commercial, Editorial, Production, Legal and Compliance.
  • Keep projects moving (15%): You’ll be a key part of the team, managing timelines, feedback rounds and approval processes across multiple campaigns while team documents.

What You’ll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: Work on exciting projects across Global Studios' growing slate of content, from podcasts and video series.

  • Own It: You’ll take responsibility for key coordination and admin that helps the Branded Content team dream it up and make it happen.

  • Keep it Simple: By staying focused, organised, and collaborative, you’ll help the Branded Content team deliver standout campaigns across Global Studios’ slate.

  • Better Together: You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds, feeling like a true part of Global Studios while benefiting from the support and ways of working of the Branded Content team.
