Brand Specialist - Staud

Are you passionate about contemporary fashion and denim? Ready to take the next step in your retail journey? We’re looking for enthusiastic, style-conscious individuals to join our Womenswear team as Brand Specialists across our Contemporary and Denim brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience with some of our most trend-led and wearable womenswear labels—ranging from elevated essentials to fashion-forward denim collections. Each brand has a unique point of view, and you’ll help bring that to life on the shop floor. Depending on your skills and interests, you may work with any of the brands within our Contemporary and Denim portfolio.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the department by sharing your product knowledge, ensuring brand standards are upheld, and creating a positive, engaging experience for customers.

Candidates must be open to working across any brand within the Womenswear Contemporary portfolio, depending on where their skills and experience are the best fit for the business.

Your product awareness and passion to nurture the brand, while maintaining a high level of brand representation, will drive you in seeing the brand succeed. You will do this by, having great product knowledge, maintaining standards in front and back of house, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and sending weekly trade reports.

About the Role

As a Brand Specialist, you’ll be a key presence on the shop floor, helping to bring the brand to life for our customers. You'll provide product information, support with day-to-day operations, and help maintain a seamless and inspiring customer experience.

Reporting into the Retail Manager, you’ll work alongside your team to deliver commercial success and outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a positive ambassador for both your brand and Harrods.

  • Sharing product knowledge and offering personalised recommendations.

  • Supporting a welcoming and memorable client experience.

  • Ensuring stock is replenished and displays meet brand standards.

  • Working collaboratively with your team and supporting wider retail operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role working 5 out of 7 days per week.

About You

You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent service and excited to learn more about luxury retail and brand performance. Whether you have experience in retail or are just starting out, you’ll bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to grow.

You will:

  • Bring a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.

  • Be proactive and eager to learn new things.

  • Adapt quickly in a fast-moving retail environment.

  • Take pride in your work and have strong attention to detail.

  • Thrive in a team environment and enjoy collaborating with others.
