  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address potential blockers to timely campaign delivery, maintaining team autonomy and efficiency.

Are we the perfect match?

  • Strategic Development: Proven ability to develop and execute CRM strategies, including campaign and customer journey strategies.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong experience in performance-driven campaigning, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Digital Proficiency: Experience with automated marketing software solutions and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

  • Creative Problem Solver: A proactive approach to challenges, with a willingness to think outside the box and innovate.

  • Operational Excellence: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

It would be great if you had;

  • Energy Industry Experience: Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.

  • Start-Up/Sub-Brand Experience: Experience working with start-up brands or sub-brands is beneficial.

  • Growth Mindset: A desire to be part of a dynamic, growth-oriented culture where every week brings new challenges and opportunities.
