We are looking for a skilled Brand Relations specialist with a flair for brand communications, storytelling and brand guardianship sitting on a fixed-term contract with an end date of 2nd March 2027 based in our Slough UK & Ireland (UKI) Head Office. Sitting in a wonderful brand this role is key to how we communicate about our business, our values, and our brands through the delivery of plans that engage and inspire our audiences. Core Responsibilities- Develop and deliver impactful earned campaigns across PR, influencer and creator marketing, events and brand partnerships via global earned strategies that are adapted to local earned efforts.
- Partner closely with the UKI Brand team to ensure integrated plans are developed and delivered through our Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid (OESP) framework.
- Work with a PR agency to follow campaign performance, prepare evaluation reports and use data to help drive future campaign planning.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners in campaign development, as well as Global and Regional teams ensuring local requirements are represented in global campaigns.
- Proactively drive the day-to-day press office and manage local PR and events agencies, ensuring they deliver a high quality of results that support our business objectives aligned to campaign-specific metrics
The purpose here is to manage the external reputation of our brand by working in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager, driving earned activity that supports brand growth and support the LEGO Group’s business objectives on a wider scale.
Do you have what it takes?- In-depth experience in a PR or Communications role at agency or in-house with a consistent record of delivering standout PR campaign storytelling preferably for consumer-focused international brands.
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal and written), ability to deliver presentations and a record in generating and maintaining business relationships.
- Strong media relations and agency management experience with proven expertise in end-to-end creator and influencer marketing, from briefing to delivery as well as both campaign management and crisis communications
- Strong project management and collaboration methods both internally and externally drive sustainable business relationships and results.
- A drive for results that champions effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to assess hypothesis with a test and learn approach that feed into commercially viable actions.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
