When LN-CC launched in 2010 it made the entire fashion world sit up. Referred to as maybe “the last great independent concept store in the world” (Highsnobiety) it has continued to push the boundaries ever since.

Located in Dalston in the lower levels of a former boxing club, the space is truly unique and one of a kind, housing retail, a library, and a club all under one roof. LN-CC connects innovators from fashion, music, and art to transform our brand and our space into a cultural and social hub.

Staying true to its unique core values, LN-CC has advanced its contemporary, street and more notably, conscious offering to evolve with the next generation, establishing itself as an industry leading global-reaching brand.

LN-CC are looking for a dynamic and out of the box thinking Brand Partnerships and Special Projects Manager with a well-established network, to drive strategic collaborations and lead high impact cross functional initiatives that strengthen LN-CC’s cultural authority and commercial growth.

This is a hybrid strategic role responsible for developing revenue generating brand partnerships while delivering culturally relevant projects that amplify LN-CC’s voice.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships.

• Lead and nurture relationships with existing partners.

• Managing projects from briefings to post campaign reporting.

• Responsible for the management of budgets and sales targets across agency.

• Act as a connector between creative vision and commercial objectives.

• Collaborating closely with all key stakeholders (accounts, commercial and retail) acting as a bridge between teams.

• Develop project timelines and ensure strong communication across all relevant team members.

• Ensure the strategy is implemented in line with brand values and objectives.

• Event management, being the lead onsite for all events including overseas travel.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-7 years’ experience in brand partnership, business development, or strategic marketing within fashion, luxury, or cultural sectors.

• Strong existing network across fashion brands, agencies, and creative partners.

• Demonstrable experience driving revenue through partnerships.

• A strong understanding of LN-CC and it’s positioning in the market.

• Ambitious, passionate, and driven with a strong work ethic.

• Inspiring and motivational with an ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

• Highly organised with excellent project management capability.

• Financial literacy and confident building commercial proposals.

• Ability to multi-task under pressure.

• Unwavering personal integrity, credibility, and professionalism.
