Brand Partnerships & Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Account Manager to drive strategic brand collaborations and marketing campaigns. This is a fixed-term contract role, running until the end of July 2026.

About the Role

As Brand Partnerships Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-profile brand relationships and work across the Harrods media portfolio to drive commercial success. You’ll be responsible for developing innovative, mutually beneficial marketing initiatives that align with Harrods’ brand values and annual trade priorities. This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you’ll partner closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, managing, and growing relationships with brand partners, overseeing media plans from inception through to execution.

  • Creating integrated, strategic media and marketing plans that align with brand and business objectives.

  • Leading the development and delivery of collaborative brand campaigns, events, and activations throughout the year.

  • Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Buying, Marketing, Creative, and Press to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Analysing campaign performance, ensuring post-campaign reporting and ROI analysis are clearly communicated and lessons are captured.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and bring a balance of commercial acumen and strategic thinking. With a strong background in brand partnerships, media planning, or marketing, you’re confident in managing multiple high-profile projects while delivering results that align with wider business goals. You’re a compelling communicator, a collaborative team player, and an expert in bringing marketing campaigns to life across multiple channels.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns within retail, luxury, or media environments.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and align internal and external partners.
