THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) to help grow our enterprise and brand partnerships business. This role will focus on securing high-value sponsorships and strategic partnerships with major brands across various industries. The BPM will be responsible for building relationships with key enterprise accounts, creating value-driven partnership opportunities, and hitting ambitious revenue goals.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a passion for live events, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to deliver meaningful brand integrations that enhance the attendee experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Revenue Growth:

  • Drive new business by selling brand partnership opportunities to enterprise clients.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

Partnership Development:

  • Create and present customized brand partnership packages that align with the partner’s goals and enhance the attendee experience on Eventbrite.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless brand integrations.

Market Strategy:

  • Identify new partnership opportunities by researching industry trends and understanding brand marketing priorities.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform partnership strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Success Metrics

  • Achievement of revenue goals (quarterly and annual).

  • Growth of enterprise account portfolio.

  • Quality and impact of brand integrations on Eventbrite’s platform.


WHAT YOU BRING

🔹 5+ years of experience in sales with a record of quota over-achievement, preferably in a SaaS environment.
🔹 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorship sales with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals.
🔹 Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level stakeholders.
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver compelling partnership proposals and close deals.
🔹 A strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and create innovative brand partnership opportunities.
🔹 Passion for live events and a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies.

⭐ Experience working with marketing agencies or in the event industry.
⭐ Familiarity with Eventbrite’s platform and products.
