We’re looking for a talented Brand Partnerships Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Media Enablement team, this role will connect Sales, Propositions, Product, and Client Services to deliver our biggest brand partnership campaigns. This role will lead end-to-end project management for high-impact campaigns, build strong cross-functional relationships, and drive initiatives from concept to launch with agility and precision. The work ensures seamless delivery of strategic campaigns that push boundaries, strengthen client partnerships, and fuel growth for Tesco Media.
What you'll be working on:
- Act as the face of Brand Partnerships across Tesco Media and Tesco teams, driving complex, fast‑paced campaigns.
- Own the end‑to‑end brand partnership process, managing large strategic campaigns and ensuring all required sign‑offs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver media firsts and award‑winning campaigns.
- Work closely with sales and hub leads to ensure response to briefs (RTBs) are realistic, viable and client‑ready.
- Support governance of the brand partnership process, preparing materials for working groups and aligning to Tesco’s customer calendar.
- Navigate Tesco stakeholders to ensure full alignment and visibility across all campaigns.
- Identify and refine internal processes and forums to improve efficiency and communication.
- Collaborate with campaign management, production and other teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and drive process improvements.
- Own the Hub brand partnership area, keeping materials updated and leading training/feedback initiatives to support sales effectiveness.
- Manage the brand partnerships training framework, ensuring relevant, timely development and working with Marketing on external comms and awards.
