Role Information:
Glitch Productions is seeking a Brand Operations Manager to run the operational engine of the Brand Division. You will design and maintain the systems, processes, schedules, and asset workflows that enable the Brand Directors, Brand Managers, and Brand Art team to operate at scale.
This role acts as the central coordination hub between Brand and the rest of the company, ensuring smooth collaboration with Marketing, Consumer Products, Licensing, Sales, Events, and external partners. You will organise work, manage timelines, manage budgets, control information flow, and keep the Brand team running efficiently.
You will also support campaign planning, budgeting, high-level scheduling, and asset lifecycle management. You ensure that Brand has operational clarity and that all teams depending on Brand receive assets, guidance, and approvals on time.
This role is a blend of operations, project management, process design, and cross-team coordination — ideal for someone who loves structure, systems, clarity, and driving creative workflows forward.
Your duties will include:
Brand Operations Leadership
- Own the end-to-end operational structure of the Brand Division
- Build and maintain all of brands’ workflows and operational systems
- Turn the brand strategies from the brand managers and executives into workable roadmaps and schedules for all departments.
- Define and enforce naming conventions, metadata rules, folder structures, and taxonomy
- Ensure Brand’s systems scale as Glitch expands into more IPs, products, and campaigns
- Continuously refine and optimise how the Brand team works, collaborating with the Head of Brand to raise efficiency and output quality
- Act as the main contact for Marketing, Consumer Products, Licensing, Sales, Events, and Production for all their brand needs
- Work daily with the brand manager to ensure their vision and direction is being communicated properly and efficiently to all other departments and stakeholders.
- Triage incoming requests, clarify requirements, and translate unclear requests into actionable tasks
- Prioritise Brand work across multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Communicate timelines, expectations, deliverables, and changes clearly to all departments
- Maintain visibility across Brand’s commitments so that other departments always know what Brand is working on
- Build high-level campaign calendars and key dates so Marketing, Consumer products, events and other teams can develop their detailed plans.
- Map out dependencies, approvals, milestones, and workloads for each major initiative
- Partner with Brand Directors on campaign scoping and feasibility
- Break campaign timelines into clear internal schedules for Brand Directors, Brand Managers, and Brand Designers
- Manage the production lifecycle of all Brand assets including:
Logos, brand bibles, visual kits, templates, packaging art, key art, character sheets, reference guides, and design systems - Track asset production from briefing through creation, feedback, approval, release, and archival
- Build and manage schedules for the Brand Art team and Brand managers
- Ensure Brand Designers always know their next task and priorities
- Maintain transparent boards, schedules, trackers, and status updates so the entire Brand team and stakeholders know the state of work
- Develop, maintain and organise the company’s DAM system. Ensuring all files/assets are properly organised and labelled.
- Manage asset versioning, ensuring approved master files are always up to date and easy to access
- Oversee the release of assets to internal teams, licensing partners, retailers, PR, and marketing partners
- Maintain strict rules around asset retirement, archiving, and sunset processes
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies, ensuring they receive correct, current files only
- Keep an organised documentation ecosystem with clear version history and update logs
- Ensure internal teams and external partners always receive the latest approved guides, briefs and documentation from the brand team.
- Schedule quarterly reviews of all Brand documentation to ensure accuracy as shows evolve
- Work with Brand Directors to scope campaign budgets and resource needs
- Maintain budget trackers for Brand-led campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with comparing internal production vs outsourcing costs for certain brand assets
- Help forecast operational resource needs based on upcoming campaigns and company priorities
- Ensure Brand stays within budget constraints and inform stakeholders of financial implications of new requests
- Strong background in operations, creative production management, marketing ops, or workflow coordination
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a love for clean systems
- Strong communicator capable of managing expectations and giving direction
- Skilled at turning messy or unclear situations into clear processes and actionable steps
- Comfortable coordinating multiple creative roles and managing cross-department workflow
- Confident managing schedules, work intake, deadlines, and asset lifecycles
- Able to plan ahead, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
- Energetic, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
- Experience with brand operations, creative operations, or brand production
- Familiarity with Asana, ShotGrid, DAM platforms, taxonomy systems, or other workflow tools
- Experience coordinating with Marketing, Consumer Products, Licensing, and Production teams
- Understanding of animated brands, gaming brands, or youth IP ecosystems
