About the role  

As a Brand & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering Geovation’s marketing strategies that support OS’s commercial and public-sector business areas. You’ll be responsible for developing impactful campaigns, safeguarding the OS brand, and ensuring our marketing activity delivers measurable outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end marketing programmes, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and managing external partners to ensure high-quality delivery that aligns with our brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement marketing programmes and strategies to support OS’s business priorities.

  • Create, deliver and manage marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed targets and outcomes.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on brand and within budget.

  • Measure and evaluate campaign performance using relevant KPIs, presenting results and insights to senior stakeholders and executives.

  • Build and manage relationships with key internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate external agencies, suppliers and partners, ensuring effective delivery of plans and high-quality outputs.

  • Protect and promote the OS brand, ensuring all marketing activity complies with brand guidelines.

  • Manage budgets effectively, monitoring spend and reporting regularly to ensure compliance and value for money.

  • Lead, manage and develop team members, where required, supporting a collaborative and high-performing marketing function.

No specific formal qualifications are seen as essential for this role with experience and knowledge being more important.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns and strategic programmes.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate effectiveness and provide insight.

  • Experience managing agencies and suppliers.

  • A passion for brand integrity and high standards of creative delivery.

  • The ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities.

  • Motivated by the importance of storytelling the experience and the impact of Geovation on our brand.  You love adding something extra to create a sense of place and creativity.

  • Highly passionate about driving awareness of Geovation and OS within the wider UK startup ecosystem, aligning with OS’s strategic objectives.

  • The ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including startups, corporate partners, public sector bodies, and operational service providers (e.g. contractors) and the ability to clearly defined requirements and monitor progress

  • Excited by the prospect of being in the hub on a hybrid basis.

  • Salary – £35,365 - £41,259 (dependent on experience) plus London allowance

  • Performance related bonus up to 10%

Location: 

The role is based at Geovations Hub in Farringdon where you'll spend 50% of your working week collaborating face-to-face with colleagues. It’s all about combining the best of both worlds connection and autonomy to help you thrive.
