The Brand Marketing Manager plays a lead role in developing and delivering brand strategy, helping ensure the brand shows up with clarity, consistency and cultural relevance across markets and consumer touchpoints.

Working closely with the VP Global Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, Social & Community, Sports Marketing, Retail, Partnerships, Media, Insights and regional teams, this role translates consumer insight, category dynamics and cultural signals into clear brand narratives, campaign frameworks and seasonal storytelling platforms.

The role helps shape how we build long-term brand equity, consideration and distinctiveness globally, while giving regional teams the clarity and tools to activate locally with confidence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of the annual and seasonal Canterbury brand marketing plan.

  • Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, partnerships, PR and experiential channels.

  • Translate consumer insight, brand positioning and product priorities into clear campaign briefs.

  • Manage timelines, assets, approvals and stakeholder communication for seasonal marketing projects.

  • Work with creative, content, PR and media partners to deliver high-quality brand work.

  • Support the development of brand guidelines, toolkits and assets for global and regional teams.

  • Track campaign performance and capture learnings to improve future activity.

  • Collaborate with Product, Design and GTM teams to support seasonal storytelling and launch readiness.

  • Build clear campaign, content and activation briefs that connect brand objectives, product stories, audience insight and channel requirements.

  • Measure activity performance and capture learnings so future campaigns, community moments and retail activations continue to improve.

  • Support the delivery of seasonal brand plans, campaigns, toolkits and brand governance activity.

  • Coordinate brand assets, product stories and internal updates so teams are clear on priorities.

  • Work with Product, Design, GTM and regions to support consistent brand execution.

  • Monitor market, competitor and campaign activity to inform future brand planning.

What you’ll bring:

  • Brand marketing, campaign management or product marketing experience in sport, fashion, lifestyle or consumer categories.

  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix, including digital, social, retail, partnerships and PR.

  • Ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution with good attention to detail.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Good storytelling and creative briefing capability.

  • Confidence working with agencies, internal teams and regional partners.

  • Consumer-led mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach.

  • Strong creative judgement and commercial awareness, with the ability to balance brand-building, consumer relevance and delivery discipline.

  • Brand marketing or campaign delivery experience in consumer, sport, lifestyle or apparel brands.
