Job Description

Who are we?

We’re IG Group. We are a publicly-traded FTSE250 FinTech company who run mobile, web and desktop platforms that help our clients trade stocks & shares, leveraged products, Futures & Options and Crypto.

We are ambitious. Over 540,000 people already use our platforms. We’re global with offices in 18 countries and products in 16 regions. We’re hungry to move faster, ship better product for our customers and grow our user base. We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.

We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.

What’s the role?

This is a strategic marketing role within our Brand, Campaigns & Communications team during an exciting period of transformation at IG. You'll be a true generalist, working across brand partnerships, product campaigns, and event experiences to bring our brand to life and drive client engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you'll manage high-profile partnerships, deliver impactful campaigns, and create memorable brand experiences that deepen client relationships and grow brand awareness across our premium client segment. If you are looking for a role where you can broaden your marketing portfolio and play a key part in bringing our brand to life, this is the opportunity for you.

What you will do

Campaigns

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and deliver integrated campaigns across owned and non-owned channels

  • Brief and manage creative agencies and our internal studio to produce compelling campaign assets

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution from concept to delivery

  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all campaign touchpoints

Brand partnerships

  • Own and maximise IG's brand partnerships, including England Cricket Board (ECB) and Female Invest

  • Develop engaging activations and content that deliver measurable brand value and audience engagement

  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with our brand positioning and target audiences

  • Manage partnership deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder relationships

Events and experiences

  • Partner with our Client Executive team to design and deliver high-impact hospitality and event experiences

  • Manage our event strategy from intimate client experiences to large-scale brand activations, particularly around sports and entertainment partnerships

  • Oversee event logistics, supplier management, and budget allocation to ensure flawless execution

  • Create memorable brand moments that strengthen client relationships and generate positive brand sentiment

  • Evaluate event success through client feedback and engagement metrics

What you will need for this role

To succeed in this role, we think you'll need:

  • 5+ years' experience in brand marketing, partnerships, events, or integrated marketing roles

  • Demonstrated experience delivering campaigns from brief to execution, and/or experience managing events and experiential marketing initiatives

  • Strong understanding of brand building and positioning principles

You are:

  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities that drive brand value and client engagement

  • Someone with exceptional project management skills, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative, and a strong stakeholder manager

  • Naturally curious with a questioning mindset—always asking "why?" and "what if?"

  • An outstanding communicator

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Hungry to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

How we work

We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company. We follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office – which we think balances the need to collaborate effectively and connect with each other. When it comes to how we deliver, there are 5 things we want everyone to do to drive high performance, better learning and career satisfaction:

  • Lead and Inspire: Drives trust, alignment, and enthusiasm

  • Think Big: Focus on the problems that most impact commercial outcomes

  • Champion the client: Understand and prioritise client's needs

  • Deliver at pace: Push for fast, sustainable growth;

  • Raise the bar: Take ownership, be accountable and share feedback

We believe that diversity is vital to success, it fuels creativity, drives innovation and sets us up for global success. We’re committed to building teams with a variety of perspectives and skills to help us realise our vision and strategy, that’s why we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join us on this journey. Learn more about our D&I approach here.

What will you get?

This role will bring with it a range of development and growth opportunities which we hope are motivating for someone who wants to Raise the Bar.

We focus on outcomes, not activity. Your success is measured by:

  •  Successful delivery of high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness and client engagement
  • Strong partnership performance with measurable ROI and brand value delivered

  • Flawless execution of events and experiences that generate positive client feedback and engagement

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration resulting in seamless campaign delivery

  • Demonstrated growth in marketing expertise and ability to take on increased responsibility

  • Proactive identification of opportunities to enhance brand positioning and client experiences

Regular coaching and development sessions with senior marketing leadership will help you optimise your impact and identify growth opportunities to advance your marketing career.
